We discovered a trap door in class today
The Chamber of Secrets has been opened
I CAN SEE FUCKING EYES GOOD BYE CLOSE THAT FUCKING DOOR
NOOO NO lies i see them to
I DONT SEE ANYTHING SOMEONE SHOW ME
OH SWEET JESUS CLOSE THE FUCKING TRAP DOOR
Two things about this episode that I would like to point out.
One: NO CHESTERTON CAMEO. Pretty upset about that. What a great opportunity, lost.
Two: 100% sure this Doctor’s catchphrase is “Shut Up.” By a longshot.
Meanwhile, in prehistoric Canada…..
No no, you don’t understand, moose really do get that big. Take it from a Canadian. I’ve seen that bullshit in person. Scary as all heck.
It’s disturbing that you followed it long enough for the bull to take a shit. Creepy as all heck.
It’s a BULL moose.
What if The Doctor’s actual real name was John Smith
My thoughts all along.
THE OFFICIAL ALTERNATE ENDING OF HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.
Click the Vimeo link and wash away the memories of that… thing we saw on TV
I’m so conflicted…I like the direction this ending had, with Tracy living and everything, but…I wish they had put more effort into the alternate ending. There was so much emotion and feeling put into the original ending that I wish could have been put into the alternate.
For example, in the original ending, the entire thing is voiced by Josh Radnor, attempting to imitate Bob Saget’s raspy voice (He didn’t do a bad job) and telling the story of what life with his wife was like, and how beautiful it was. I felt so moved by Josh Radnor’s version, because he is the face of Ted that we are used to. To hear Bob Saget say it (while we’ve been hearing his voice over the entire series) just feels much more impersonal, and just like another episode of the show. Also, that song that played during the original ending…oof, my heartstrings.
Who am I to critique, though? The ending is what it is, and the show was absolutely beautiful as a whole. I’m sure if they had aired the original ending, I might feel different.
My #WomanCrushWednesday today is the gorgeous and EXTREMELY talented Anna Kendrick! She’s had plenty of starring roles both on stage and on screen, but strangely (probably because I’ve never seen the #Twilight movies) I’d never heard of her until I saw #PitchPerfect in 2012! She’s got an incredible singing voice, tons of style when it comes to acting, and just look at that smile! Those eyes. Ugh. Can’t express it enough, she is absolutely stunning in everything she does. I’m excited to see her this Christmas in the film adaptation of one of the best musicals out there, #IntoTheWoods, and then #PitchPerfect2 next year! Keep an eye on this one, folks. #wcw #AnnaKendrick #Cups
